1. Who we are
beWOW is a brand operated by Cinemamit Productions LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company with a mailing address at 136 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10016 ("beWOW," "we," "us," or "our"). You can reach us at info@bewow.co for any privacy questions or requests described below.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with our website bewow.co (the "Site") and the social media, content creation, advertising, and media-buying services we provide (collectively, the "Services").
2. Scope
This Policy covers personal information about:
- Visitors to the Site;
- Prospective clients who submit inquiries through our contact form or contact us directly;
- Clients who engage us for Services; and
- Representatives and end-users of our clients whose personal information we may process on behalf of those clients.
For information we process on behalf of a client (for example, follower data pulled from a client's Instagram account), the client is the data controller and we act as a service provider / processor. Our handling of that information is governed by our services agreement with the client and applicable law.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide directly
- Contact form submissions: name, business name, email, phone number, service interest, budget range, and any information in your free-text message.
- Client onboarding information: billing details, business information, brand assets, credentials, goals, target audience, and any other materials you share to enable the Services.
- Email correspondence: anything you send us by email at info@bewow.co or to any team member.
3.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps, and general location derived from IP.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Notice.
3.3 Information from third parties
- Social platforms (Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google): when a client authorizes us to manage their accounts, we receive access tokens and account data (posts, insights, audience metrics, comments, messages) through the platforms' APIs, directly or via our posting partner Ayrshare.
- Advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, streaming TV / CTV platforms, radio networks): campaign performance, audience, and billing data.
- Payment processors: limited transaction confirmation data (we do not store full card numbers).
4. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and communicate with prospective and current clients;
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services (including content creation, scheduling, posting, reporting, and ad management);
- Administer client accounts, issue invoices, and collect payment;
- Perform analytics on Site and campaign performance;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- Send administrative emails (service updates, billing, legal notices); and
- With your consent, send marketing communications (you can opt out at any time — see Section 8).
Legal bases (for individuals in the EEA/UK): we rely on (i) performance of a contract, (ii) your consent (which you can withdraw), (iii) our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our business, and (iv) compliance with legal obligations.
5. AI-assisted content creation
We openly disclose that our content creation is AI assisted and human-directed. When we use AI tools to generate or refine content, we may submit prompts, briefs, and reference materials to third-party AI services. We do not knowingly submit client personal information, confidential business information, or proprietary client assets to public AI models for use in their training. Where available, we use enterprise or zero-retention AI configurations, and we require our personnel to follow internal guidelines limiting what may be input to AI tools.
6. How we share information

To exercise any right, email info@bewow.co. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally 30–45 days). We do not charge a fee for reasonable requests.
9. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax records: 7 years in the US), to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Prospective-client inquiries that don't convert are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted or anonymized unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor due diligence — to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you and regulators as required by law.
11. Cookies and tracking
See our separate Cookie Notice. In short: we use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the Site, and — where we later enable them — analytics and advertising cookies that will only be set with your consent in jurisdictions that require it.
12. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have, contact info@bewow.co and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version. Material changes will be communicated by email (to clients) or by prominent notice on the Site.
